Real Life Support Group - April

t's a new month, which means a new Real Life Support Group! And not a moment too soon - we actually ended up losing money at ECCC, due to travel and accommodations. It was a fun con, but very, very slow. Kind of weird - though I'd definitely do it again. In any case, I've got rent to pay, which means time for a new RLSG!

This month's gift is kind of a fun one I'd been toying with the idea of for a little bit. Liz got a nifty photo printer for Christmas, and we haven't really messed with it much, but I had this idea of doing a "fake" photograph of my characters, and it just seemed too fun not to do. The picture to the left is the final product - printed out and all. The image of postcard row in the background was the same one we took at Alamo Square last year - but now it's all fun and stuff. I made it up like comic Greg was holding the camera - I really dig the end result. :)

Anyway, I thought it would be neat this month, instead of yet another wallpaper, to make the RLSG gift something more tangible. So for the entire month of april, anyone who donates $15 or more with the paypal link up above will get a "genuine" photo of Greg and Liz goofing off in front of Danny Tanner's house. :) We'll even sign them in nifty silver pen and everything. These photos are awesome - the ink is completely waterproof. I LICKED one of the damn things, then tried smudging it really hard, and all I was left with was the taste of photo and an image clear as day.

I did have to raise the donation from $10 to $15, but that's mostly to cover the extra cost of the paper, ink and postage. In any case, these are pretty cool - and it's a neat collectible too. I'm kinda thinking of framing mine, just to have it on the wall with my other photos. Remember to include your mailing address with your donation. I'm going to need it to send this out to you, after all. :D
